Aberffraw biscuits - Traditional Shortbread

This delicious type of shortbread biscuit is called the Aberffraw biscuit and is said to originate from way back in the 13th century on Anglesey.  This traditional flavoured shortbread is made in the shape of a scallop shell, using good quality butter, flour and sugar - giving the shortbread a rich and buttery taste.
